1. General Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at in**@*******ia.biz within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RMA).
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned with a valid invoice or order number.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
3. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days.
Processing times by your bank may vary.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Replacement or full refund will be offered after verification.
5. Digital Products & Online Services
All digital content (e-courses, downloadable materials, licenses) is non-refundable once accessed, unless technical failure prevents delivery. In such cases, we will re-activate access or issue a full refund.
6. Cancellation of Booked Services
For training sessions or consultations:
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time → full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours → 30% deduction as administrative fee.
7. International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes, or border delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns from abroad are accepted only after prior approval and RMA issuance.

1. السياسة العامة
نهدف إلى ضمان رضاك التام. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني in**@*******ia.biz خلال 7 أيام تقويمية من استلام الطلب للحصول على رقم ترخيص الإرجاع (RMA).
2. شروط الإرجاع
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وغير مفتوحة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية.
- يجب إرفاق الفاتورة أو رقم الطلب مع الإرجاع.
- يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا أو تم إرساله بالخطأ.
- يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية.
3. مدة إعادة المبلغ
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم إصدار الاسترداد خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل.
قد يختلف وقت الإيداع حسب البنك.
4. المنتجات المعيبة أو الخاطئة
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة من التسليم مع صور أو مقاطع فيديو. بعد التحقق، سيتم الاستبدال أو الاسترداد الكامل.
5. المنتجات والخدمات الرقمية
جميع المحتويات الرقمية (الدورات، الملفات القابلة للتحميل، التراخيص) غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد الوصول إليها، إلا في حال وجود خطأ تقني يمنع التسليم، عندها يتم إعادة تفعيل الوصول أو رد المبلغ كاملًا.
6. إلغاء الخدمات المجدولة
بالنسبة للدورات أو الاستشارات:
- الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة من الموعد المحدد → استرداد كامل.
- الإلغاء خلال 48 ساعة → خصم 30٪ كرسوم إدارية.
7. الطلبات الدولية
الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب والتأخيرات الحدودية مسؤولية المشتري.
يُقبل الإرجاع من الخارج فقط بعد موافقة مسبقة وإصدار رقم RMA.
